WHRHS is excited to announce that senior Joshua Rubin has been accepted into the NAfME All-Eastern Symphonic Band. Josh will be traveling to Rochester, NY, to perform alongside incredibly talented musicians. We are immensely proud of this accomplishment & wish Josh all the best!
