⚽️ INSPIRATION | Racing Louisville FC star Dr. Nadia Nadim is an inspiration for thousands, including dozens of Newcomer Academy students from Afghanistan.
Today, those students got to meet with Nadim at the Muhammad Ali Center for a screening of a new documentary about her life! Before the film, Newcomer's Afghan Choir sang Nadim a song about their home country, hope, and despair about Taliban rule. One student who survived a Taliban attack also shared her story.

DRONE EXPERTS | Last week, Kammerer Middle School students taught Kentucky Society for Technology in Education educators from across the state about flying drones! Their teacher Victor Darrigrandi spoke about using the drones safely in a school setting. The drone program is part of Kammerer’s Explore Pathways! #WeAreJCPS
