4th graders from Mrs. Powell’s class took on a “Live to Give” project of collecting plastic bags to repurpose. A group from Montgomery, Mn crochets bags to make mats for the homeless and also send the mats over to Haiti for sleeping mats. They commented how good it feels to help others out and to save our environment. A Win- Win experience!
