The Washington High School homecoming Royalty Court visited Rosa Parks Elementary students yesterday and Anne Sullivan students today to talk about responsibility and character and getting involved in high school. What a great way to inspired young learners!
Our friends at Architecture Incorporated are at it again! They recently launched a grant program to seek innovative education proposals from teachers across the state. The firm received 56 applications, making selection difficult. In the end, four proposals were awarded with two of those being awarded to teachers in the Sioux Falls School District.
Last Thursday, educational professionals and families across the nation celebrated Lights On Afterschool, which honors afterschool programs and the important role they play in the lives of children, families, and communities.
